Tess Wallace

Tess Wallace is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. I received my MEng (Engineering for the Life Sciences) in 2012, MRes (Medical Research) in 2013 and PhD (Medical Physics) in 2017, all from the University of Cambridge, UK.

My main research interests include motion measurement and artifact correction, B0 field measurement, non-Cartesian trajectories, and quantitative imaging strategies to enable high-quality structural and functional MRI for a variety of clinical applications. Since joining the Computational Radiology Laboratory in 2016, a focus of my research has been the development of rapid, intrinsic motion tracking using FID navigators from multi-channel coil arrays for improved motion-robust pediatric imaging.
